All merchandise sold by LoomKart.Com are guaranteed to be genuine, in new condition and monitored by a very careful quality control. All products offered by LoomKart are protected by a 7 Days Full Satisfaction Policy which guarantees a full refund or product exchange if in unused conditions.
If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you are required to inform us on the same day of receiving the product and courier it within 3 days of receiving the delivery (please be informed that we do not have return pickup and customer has to courier back product at their cost) for :
- A full refund of the purchase price or a store credit for the equivalent amount
- A product exchange
- If you choose refund of the purchase price, we will refund it within 2 working days.(working days means Monday to Friday and does not include public holidays) after receiving the returned item.
The product must comply with the following conditions:
- The item must be returned in new and unused condition, in the original boxes and with all paperwork (this includes warranties), parts and accessories to insure full credit.
- “New and unused” means that there are no scratches, marks, or blemishes on the item.
- There are no signs of wear on the product, the tags, or the case; and the product must not have been sized or altered in any way.
- We cannot accept a return of any item with any indication that it has been used.
- It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no damage to the product during transit.
The customer should send the product through a reputed courier service.
Damaged / Defective Item Policy
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact our Customer Service immediately (within 48 hours from delivery). Please supply your order number from your original confirmation e-mail. LoomKart.com will make every reasonable effort to replace the item in a timely manner.
It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no damage to the product during transit.
If there is extensive damage to the carton, refuse the order and contact our Customer Service immediately. Please have your order number available when you contact Customer Service.
All items properly returned under this policy are eligible for a refund or a store credit. If you choose a refund, the full product price will be credited when LoomKart.com has received and processed your return.
