The Birchwood collection introduces carpets with interplay of modern neutral colors creating contemporary designs inspired by nature. About the Carpet
Durable, Handloom woven jute and recycled plastic (PET) yarn product with fringes , combine to create a casual rug that brings global sensibility to modern, rustic and chic decors.
We manufacture most of the products after receiving the order only and it takes 2-4 days in manufacturing and to dispatch. For items already in stock we try to dispatch within 24 hours after receiving the order. We are also offering free shipping for all orders and have an easy return policy.
Exceptions to Our Shipping and Delivery Policy
The following exceptions will require extended shipment and/or delivery times:
Delays in Shipping
On occasion, we may experience an unforeseen delay in the shipment of your order. In such a case, you will be notified via email. When delayed shipments become ready to ship, we will email you unless you contact us and choose to cancel any portion of your order that has not been shipped.
Shipping Timeframes
Our standard method of shipping is Surface Courier. You may expect to receive your order within 3-10 business days from the date from Dispatch of order depending on location.
Please note that our courier partners do not allow to open and check the product before accepting COD.
If Your Order Does Not Arrive On Time
If your order does not arrive within the specified delivery timeframe, please let us know. Tracking information is provided via email for all orders. On occasion, orders may be delivered to a person other than yourself. This may include a family member, neighbour, co-worker, or property manager. If for some reason, your delivery has not been received within the specified timeframe and cannot be located with the tracking information provided, please contact us on +91 8689048851. Please do mention your order id when contacting for tracking details.
Other factors include delay in delivery through the courier partner, transporters strike etc. Loomkart will not be liable for any loss or expenses sustained by the Buyer arising from any delay in the delivery of the goods howsoever caused.
Cancellation of order
We reserve the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, under situations where we are not able to meet the requirement of the order placed, or the order so placed/cancelled does not comply with our policy, or for any other reason. However, we will ensure that any communication regarding cancellation of an order so cancelled is intimated within appropriate time frame to the concerned, person and any applicable refund is made within a reasonable time period. In case of product orders cancelled by us due to unavailability of products or delays in fulfilment, we will provide 100% refund for a paid order product. Refund will be processed through the same online mode in 7 working days.
Customer Order Cancellation Policy
If you made a mistake when placing an order, you can contact Customer Support to cancel the order without any charges, provided it has not already left our warehouse (typically same day). Beyond this timeframe, you may cancel the order with a 10% restocking fee. The balance amount will be refunded to you or will get transfer to LoomKart Credits account which will be valid for 6 months from date of issue.
Purchases made from a sale catalogue are not eligible for cancellation or exchange.
All merchandise sold by Loomkart.Com are guaranteed to be genuine, in new condition and monitored by a very careful quality control. All products offered by Loomkart are protected by Return and Refund Policy which guarantees a full refund or product exchange if in unused conditions.
If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you are required to inform us on the same day of receiving the product and courier it within 3 days of receiving the delivery (please be informed that we do not have return pickup and customer has to courier back product at their cost) for :

Damaged / Defective Item Policy
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact our Customer Service No +91 8689048851 immediately (within 48 hours from delivery) with a video of the box opening and or the product. Please supply your order number from your original confirmation e-mail. LoomKart.com will make every reasonable effort to replace the item in a timely manner.
It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no damage to the product during transit.
If there is extensive damage to the carton, refuse the order and contact our Customer Service immediately. Please have your order number available when you contact Customer Service.
All items properly returned under this policy are eligible for a refund or a store credit. If you choose a refund, the full product price will be credited when LoomKart.com has received and processed your return.
